MICHELE DAVIDSON PERSONAL TRAINER &
FITNESS COACH
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and strength coach. My programs are built on proven strength principles and a deep focus on technique, progression, and the mind–muscle connection. My coaching philosophy centers on individualized programming and sustainable lifestyle change. I specialize in body recomposition—helping clients increase strength and muscle while reducing body fat—and emphasize education so clients understand not only what to do, but why it works. I am known for my patient, motivational coaching style that helps clients rebuild confidence and fall back in love with their bodies.
